Poor service delivery from iwyze

I have had a car accident last week Wednesday and I have been paying this company all up to date . I have submitted all the necessary documents for my claim . They just don't want to come back to me to assist or update on what's going on. I am not sure if I have been paying a real company or just been ****med. I am not happy at all because my car is damaged and need to know what is the way forward.
