Poor Service claiming from IWYZE insurance.

Submitted a claim with IWYZE on the 28 April 2022 (Claim number ***). I last received communication from them when sent me the whatsapp telling me where to submit the pictures of the damages for the assessment all of that was done, I even sent them the police accident report which I obtained from the police station. I have to call them each day to ask for an update and the waiting time on their claims department is minimum 30min EVERYDAY. it's well over 2 weeks now, still I have no idea if the claim is been approved or not. poor service on their claims department.
