Poor service by Old Mutual Car Insurance

For over a month now, I'm still waiting for old mutual car insurance to approve my claim. Promises to investigate and resolve my complaint by last week Friday, have once again been dissapointed 😔 . I'm taking the complaint further,I've been seriously inconvenienced long enough
