Poor service by Iwyze

I was insured by the above mentioned insurance but the claim was rejected and the car was towed back to me and I was not pleased because they stole some of the parts that my car had before it was towed to them including my registration number plate .I raised my complaint to them . Can you further assist me with this matter .
