Poor service ******

I regret the day I joined iwyze car insurance , right now I just want my car and all my premiums back.

On the 5th on April 2023 I got an accident, I hit a dog around 5am on R42 road. After that my car shown an engine light and lost power. I called my insurance which is iwyze they then sent a tow truck coz the car was not drivable, my car was taken to bedfortview Renew it. On the 6th Mookho Puling called me to go fetch my car the damage is less than my access fee, she said they only checked the car pictures sent by the tow truck they never did any diagnostic. I told her my car is not drivable they rather tow it to my place. But still I sensed something was fishy, I called bedfortview renew it to make a quotation, the quotation came back way more than my access fee, I sent Mookho Puling the quote and images. She said she will forward everything to the assessor until this day my car is just parked at renew it, not being attended, I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve called iwyze for update because they will never call. All I get is we waiting for assessor. Mind you they refused to give me a car hire, and it’s included on my monthly premiums. I’m drained all I want right now is my car and all my monthly premiums because I’m not getting help.
