Poor Service at IWYZE

I wrote here last week complaining about the poor service I have experienced with IWYZE. its been more than a month now but still I didn't get my car back. the accident was not even that bad to drag so much. I don't have a car now, I am struggling to go to work. I am stuck and very disappointed.
