Poor service app doesn't work.

I recently joined and have had some damage I tried to claim using their app and it doesn't work and refuses to submit the claim. When I click on the call back tab it advises that same will not update. The cherry on top is when you call them directly it takes you to voice mail. Like what call centre doesn't that. I'm livid I may just cancel the policy and attempt to save the thousands I am giving them and fix my own car.
