Poor Service and unproffessional

<p>Submitted a claim with Iwyze and my car was assessed and the panel beaters worked on my vehicle however the car exhaust was damaged and needed to be replaced. Iwyze was notified they sent an additional assessor, additional pictures taken and submitted. I was then contacted by the Panel shop frustrated as there has been no response from Iwyze my vehicle was complete as from the 13th of February and no response . The panel shop involves me to assist as Iwyze is delaying the process. I notify Iwyze and they do nothing for the two weeks, no communication nothing.. Sent several email to them that they delaying the process and soon they will tell me the contract for the hired car has expired. As expected they call me to return the courtecy vehicle. They fail to take responsibility for their poor service which has lead to the extra days been incured. My vehicle was completed within the 30 days stipulated but due to their poor service and unproffessional manner has added more days. They refuse to extend the days for the hired car regardless of them having owned up to causing an inconvienance to me. Such appaulling service what are we paying for????</p>
