POOR SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

50 something plus days of incompetence and not delivering

Iwyze and their panel beaters are a **** big time I wish I hadn't recommended then to my friends and family

My car was in an accident on the 16 of December 2021 it was taken by iwyze to proline autobody AND THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED DAYS LATER WHICH WAS ON THE 20TH OF December got a curtesy car of which I took the option of 60 day, now after 50 something days of my car being kept at proline, I was called to collect the car on Friday 2nd of February 2022, at 12:30 pm when I got there the engine light was on, an the car was idling like a tractor and there was traces of water on the engine and some bolts missing and the grill was not well aligned they had to fix that while I'm waiting they claim that they did not wash the engine and now I wonder how they cleaned it cause my engine was very dirty and my car did not have any mechanical problems before the accident

and now the car has been there for 50 plus days I logged a complain with iwyze since they are my insurer on Saturday the 03 of February never got any feedback from them and today still had to call and wait for 20 plus minutes to get hold of a consultant , only to tell me that they will look in to the situation and get back to me

mind you that the 60 day courtesy car is now left with less than10 days and I'm being taken from pillar to post with their incompetence and lack of communication and poor service from iwyze and their panelbeaters I'm very disappointed with their service and their panel beaters who tell me that my car had mechanical problems before it got to them of which I didn't
