poor service

Good day

My name is Maggie and i wanted to give a review because of the Appalling service I have been receiving from the Company. Took out a car insurance with them and I got into an Accident on the 4th of June, Logged a claim and still until today none has gotten back to me. Spoke to a lady called Noluthando Mathebula who was meant to assist me with the claim, I haven't heard from her. I called so many time and one waits about an hour or more before someone picks up, in my case none one picked up. i sent them numerous Emails but still nothing, I'm even renting a car right now as i want suppose to have received a courtesy car from the insurance since i paid for that service but nope nothing I'm paying out of my own pocked. You might as well close down that business because your customer service is appalling and your customer's are not at the center of what you do
