Poor Service

I’ve never experienced such a horrible service , it’s unpleasant. I called on Thursday and I was told that I will receive a feedback regarding a life cover that I app**** for and everything was done telephonically. The guy who called promises to call back and today I took the initiative to call and the guy I spoke to to said he will call me back and till now am waiting .. am so unhappy and disappointed in how I am treated . 😡😡😡
