Poor service

<p>I have logged a complaint with iywize and also logged on hellopeter because I was not getting any feedback instead when I called them their agent Fezile Mabhuda disrespected me like he was talking to an idiot ,then i received a response stating they would be in contact with me asap as they are tracing the call, to date no phone call no further response. Then now they send their people to bring back my old washing machine at night without any updates on the claim . They just don't care , imagine sending people that I don't know after 19:30. I'm so frustrated. What I hate most they don't communicate with me.</p>
