Poor Service.
CMPLNTS***9 - Ref. [OLCMAN***6]. Still not completed. iWize are waiting for NHLS and NHLS do not reply. I myself has send too many queries and emails to NHLS, nothing. The person iWize is dealing with does not reply to my emails also and when phoning contact numbers found on the internet, they don`t know this doctor. NHLS says he is not on their system. I am extremely disappointed. iWize Customer Care email is not working either.
