Poor service

My car was involved in an accident on 01/06/2023. It was sent for repairs 1st week of July 2023, after several calls and complaints. It is September now and I have not received my car back. The panel beater they chose keeps on telling me that there was major damages that they needed to fix and buy new parts. I informed them that I need my car because I am relocating to another province because I got a new job. I got there on 01/09/2023 and my car was not finished and the windscreen was still the same as in the accident. I have lost 2 days pay on my new job because of these delays. I am now going to loose money by coming back to Pretoria to get my car, only God knows when.
