Poor Service

Iwyze has to be the worst insurer I have ever dealt with. There lack of communication and lack of clarity is outstanding. My car has been in repair for close to 30 days now, a simple repair in that, there is no clarity as to when I will get it back, Iwyze is incredibly delayed in authorizing the required repairs therefore furthering the delay and leaving me stranded without a vehicle as the 30 car hire is now ending and Iwyze is refusing to extend it even the delays lay with them. Would not recommend them at all.
