Poor service

On the 05 of August I was involved in an accident I quickly called my insurance iwze they towed my car and the next day on the 06th I put on a claim on a Monday that week they requested documents from which I provided ..I have since been without a car and each time I call the insurance they tell me they are validating the claim even today the claim has been aproved they dont call me if I don't complain..my car has been sitting at s****yard since I have no hope that I will ever get help I curse the day I joined this insurance I feel do heart broken that I trusted this insurance with my life only for me to thru so much pain to get my claim approved .claim no *** pls I need to get an answer on this claim is been way too long I need my car
