Poor Service
I have reported an incident on the 22/04/2019 at my mom's place who is a pensioner and have not received any feedback though I have placed numerous calls to them. I even I explained to them severity and danger my mom would be in and they have not responded. 13/05/2019 I have spoken to team leader Thandeka Makama with her promising to provide feedback and get an assessor to the property. This has been the worse service I have received from and insurance company let alone one backed by Old Mutual.
