Poor service

I must say i'm really disappointed with the service i got from Iwyze.1st of all their feedback service is poor. My claim was handed over 5 days after the claim was registered. I tried being patient and understanding but it looks like their clients are not treated with respect. I submitted everything they requested within the 1st week of submitting my claim but even to this day i dont have any feedback regarding the outcome of the claim. I'm being told that they are waiting for the medical report i feel like someone is not doing their job because if the claim was handed over to the investigator immidietely after being registered you should have recieved the report by now. The medical the report was requested 12 days after the incident happened, i belive that was supposed to be the 1st thing requested knowing that it takes longer and the hospital confirms that we will only get them within 2weeks meaning the claim will take 4 weeks if not more to be finalized. I'm so disappointed because the incident happened on the 30th by the 13th we would have recived the correct medical record not the one we got from the hospital. I dont want to lie i'm fustraited because i'm really struggling with transport and i want this claim finalized it's emotionally draining.
