Poor service

Worst service ever. I was involved in a car accident and i lodged a claim on the 21st of march 2023. I keep calling the agent assigned to my claim and he keeps giving me stories every time I call him. The agent keeps telling me that they're waiting for the footage from the city of cape town for the past 2 months.
