Poor service

Dealing with iWyze has been nothing but unpleasant. First their online quote system, where I accepted their quote and purchased cover from, took ages to be implemented. On querying it, I was told the application was rejected because they couldn't possibly give me the rate I was quoted and already paid for. They eventually accepted the application but at a higher tariff. Then when I tried to claim for an accident months later, they were in no hurry to register and process the claim. Accident on a Friday night, car towed immediately after calling them and them arranging it, providing them with the case reference on Monday afternoon and by Thursday, following up but told for some reason, still no claim registered. Seriously pathetic.
