Poor service

My car was invloved in an accident on the 19th of February 2022, my claim was approved and my car was taken to Technostar bannel beater in Durban for repairs.I fetched it on the 2nd of june and I realized that aircon was not working and the exhaust hanger/mount was missing so the exhaust was hanging lower to the ground, I reported to Iwyze and on the 10th of June Iwyze said i will receive a call from Technostar to make arrangements but up until today I've never received any call. I've been not using my car since February. I really don't know whether Iwyze is doing this because I'm a black woman or they have other clients who are more important than me. Maybe I should just fix my car myself and cancel this useless policy.
