Poor service

Poor turnaround time and no proper customer service. my vehicle was involved in an accident on 11/10/2023, but up until now the repairs are not approved. Over and above that I had insurance with a courtesy car and past 3 weeks I have been sent from pillar to post when I want to access this service. The sales agents promised to call back as they say they need to listen to the call recordings in order to confirm the vehicle class and up until now, I don't have feedback on that. I am carless with no form of transport and MiWay doesn't think my matter deserves any attention.
