Poor service

I've been in an accident on Sunday the 29th November 2020. Since I've been trying to make a clam. Tried all means emails calls SMS they only promise to call me back but they never called me back, everytime I get through they transfer me from to relevant department but I never get through to the right department. I'm always late at work because I can't get the cartesy car. Old mutual and iwyze offers a poor service.
