Poor sercice

I am Soo disgusted and very disappointed with this insurance company after trying Soo hard to be patient with them. One would be so Loyal with them and still they would never consider that when you need them. I was due for my cash back bonus of R10 000 for not claiming for three years and only to find out that I have forfeited the cash back bonus because apparently there is one installment that I happened to miss and worse I was not even aware only find out when I do follow up as to when am I getting the money. This company is just a ****. Even when we claim for accidents they go all out to look for loopholes just so that they don't pay out. I'm done I'll find myself another insurance company after wasting 10 years with Iwize.
