Poor roadside assistance service

It took them three days to get my car to a dealership of choice after a breakdown. They were quick to charge me for extra towing kilometres but not as quick to ensure it gets to the destination I paid for. Even with those 3 days it took countless follow up calls to get assistance. I had a brakedown on Sunday but my vehicle was towed to the right place only by Wednesday afternoon. Lack of sense of urgency, poor experience indeed.
