Poor Poor service claims consulted Hlengiwe Nhlengethwa from iWise

We have never dealt with such a rude consultant like Hlengiwe Nhlengethwa from the claims department. Very poor communication from her , she does not know how to deal with customers, the worse insurer we have dealt with before. We have logged a claim on the 29th and provided all that we can posibly can from our side and only to get a threatening email Hlengiwe Nhlengethwa about canceling the claim where she has failed to communicate clearly certain things. iWise values are not aligned at all. We have requested to speak to Hlengiwe Nhlengethwa manager and still no luck with that and we have asked for escalation and still no luck, we have also requested for call recording and for Hlengiwe Nhlengethwa to be investigated.
