Poor poor poor service from Old Mutual Insure

Good morning everyone my name is Ntombodidi Mayekiso this review is about Old Mutual insurance called IWYZE the worst ***** under the name of OLD MUTUAL and I don't know how did Old Mutual allow this ***** to use their name because they make us angry at Old Mutual I think you need to investigate this insurance because it damage Old Mutual name I insured a phone with them for the amount of R.4500 and my instalment was set for that amount and it goes up every year but now I get a big dsapointment when I lost my phone and I put my claim for the amount that i insured it and I was told that their value is now down to R.3699 I am not happy at all please investigate for me and Old Mutual owe big apology Regards Angry Customer
