Poor or no service

<p>I submitted a claim 1 week ago I tried to contact the agent that my claim is assigned to and the only message I receive that he is on lunch and will call me back. I did not get an insurance to wait two weeks for a claim to be settled. This is very unprofessional from S Ndaba at claims department.</p>
