Poor follow up

<p>My son was involved in a car accident in june, claim was declined and the matter was referred to ********** this was 3 weeks ago and I havnt heard a thing about the progress of the appeal, ********** said they would reply in 5 working days and I've been calling them to find out but I can't get through to anyone, I was given a reference MF-*******316 but it's been 3 weeks now and nothing. Can someone please tell me what's the status of my appeal. </p>
