Poor Customer Service / Unjust Rejection

I am extremely dissatisfied & dismayed by my experience & service with iWyze insurance! As a 10 year client who has insured 3 cars including my wife's car. I have NEVER skipped or delayed my premium payments, I have also been claim free for the entire 9 years! My loyalty was met with a swift & unjust rejection to my claim when my wife was involved in an accident! The poor professionalism & having to chase follow-ups & feedback during such an inconveniencing time! STAY AWAY! They do not value loyalty or uphold their undertaking!!!!!
