Poor Customer Service!!

Very poor Customer Service!!! Been trying for 4 days to get hold of someone, then a girl phones me and i told her i want to cancel my policy...they make me wait for 18min and then when the guy could hear me the first time he dropped the phone. Shame on you Iwyze, according to me insurance is important but you mqke your customers feel unimportant!!!
