Poor Customer Service and Claim rejection

Iwyze rejected my claim because i declined to sign their consent letter to access my private bank statements and tracking information . I cancelled my policy with them with immediate effect. Their customer service is poor , they never called me for update, i have to call them and wait for 30 minutes are more . Those who are already with them , please cancel your policy before is too late and those whom are looking to join , please dont . this company is exploiting people most especially back people . Lets spread the word on social media , they must trends and lets all boycott them. Am taking my matter to Ombudsmen to force them fix my car or refund me my contributions . Claim no ***
