Poor customer service

I was involved in accident back of my car was damaged they took my car to elegant square penal beat. They gave me the courtesy car for a month. I even returned the courtesy car . Now I’m stranded I don’t have a car . They said they are waiting for the parts since then, they couldn’t help me to continue using the courtesy car while my car is still in that workshop they chose for me.
