Poor customer service

Had a bumper bash, decided not to claim from 3rd party so I called my insurance iwyze and put in a claim. 13 may was assigned Stephan as my assessor now here it goes. Before I contacted him he sent me a watsapp msg telling me to take pics of the car and send him and so I did, he didn't even say I should bring car in so he can assess the damages. He booked my car at BMW Springs for repairs . 31 may went to fetch my car to my dissatisfaction the car badge was put incorrectly, the paint job was that of a 5 year old and my rear light has moist/water. Spoke to Claytin from BMW and told him repairs where not up to standard and he said my assessor only approved the claim without the light, I guess from pictures sent I guess that would have not been visible but had he allowed me to bring car in for assessment I would not be in such a dilamer. My claims advisor Caroline Matsile must be the worst and most incompitant advisor i have dealt with, i have sent emails and xalled several times without any tesponse from her. Yesterday i spoke to Brandon who then said she will ask Caroline to call me to this day no response only email to say my car is ready for collection and I must return car hire and that the assessor and the guy from BMW say they is nothing wrong with the light but u can clearly see the moist or water in it.

Can a senior person contact me with this regard and I am done with poor customer service. My claim number 101248

Dear Mzwandile

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.

As discussed via telephone, we need to establish why the light was not repaired or replaced. We will provide you with feedback soon.
