Poor customer service
Worsed service experience. I have been waiting for a refund from 12 January 2024, it is 02 February 2024, im still waiting. Spoke to 5 consultants (including Ayanda and Lucas), everytime being kept long on the line. I can never recommend iwyze to anyone who wants peace of mind.
