Poor Communication

I have lodge a claim on the 20th of December 2022 of burglary, till today I do not have a formal update with regards to progress of the claim, I have been with IWyze for the past 10years and this is the first time ever receiving this type of a service, IWyze use to be a top class service provider/insurance but nowadays is been run like a ****a shop, their phones do not get answered, email do not get responded to, I think is time I move to Outsurance.
