Poor communication

Poor communication. Logged a claim on Saturday morning. Submitted all they requested. There has never been any communication from them. I have been calling since Tuesday and I am being told I would receive email communication till today nothing. It is very disappointing and frustrating. The level of service received from iWYZE is very disappointing.
