Poor communication

I am very much disappointed in the service I received from iWyze. Today I called to follow up on a claim after a lady called Pinky Nkoe promised to call me back yesterday, but needless to say did not deliver on her promise. I needed a car for rental, as I understood it was part of my Comprehensive cover. No one told me about the extra money I have to pay to get the courtesy car. Only today do I learn that I need to pay R1 200 for hire and also that the car is only available to me for 10 days??? My cover states that I have access to a courtesy car for 30 days. And the other issue is that I requested for the car to be delivered to where I am because Idon't have transport at the moment. She promised that as long as it is within 10km radius. But instead I receive a call from a Not so nice lady from Avis, instructing me to collect a car at 13:30 today and that I only have it for 10 days. I am unhappy that
