Poor Car insurance service at IWYZE

IWYZE is a joke. Do not be fooled by the low premiums. I had an accident in February, made a claim with IWYZE and they did "digital" assessment on my vehicle and told me the damage on my car was worth R4300 and they rejected my claim since my access is R9000! Went around asking for quotations, all the quotations I am getting are above R9000! I called them back and told them that I was not happy about their assessment, they told me to go to Trident in Middelburg and I did just that. Trident gave me a quotation of R47000! I forwarded the quotation to Iwyze and now they are telling me that the difference in the two assessments is too big, they are renegotiating with Trident to lower their price, they will ask them to have some of the parts fixed instead of replacing. How is that even possible? if the Panel beater say replace the broken part does the insurance have a right to instruct them to have it fixed cheaper? I spend roughly 10 to 15 minutes at work trying to call them each day and their consultants always tell me they will get back to me and they never do. The only one consultant that seemed to value his job was a gentlemen by the name of Paseka. Do not waste your money on Iwyze! I am seeking for legal advice on this one. I am tired of calling IWYZE.
