Poor bed quality

I have been a client of Iwyze for more than 5years now, this is my first time disappointed in their service, I have put in a claim for a damaged bed, the service provider gave me an old bed, the quality of the bed is of a low standard as compared to my bed that they took, the bed springs makes noise when sleeping on it, the bed is totally uncomfortable, every morning we wake up with backaches, I have contacted the service provider who brought the bed and ask them to return my old bed, till today there is no feedback from them, Iwyze should replace them!
