Poor and unreliable service,misrepresentation

23 May had accident but till to they are still investigating .has insuarance changed its role of cover to that of investigating officer? I am stii waiting for the outcome of their investigation.to see how arrogant and ******** they are,they have sent me a notice of policy review which will start in october.
