Poor and unreliable refunds process .

I requested a refund for a premium that was collected in connection to a policy that I canceled. I called and I was told that the refund will reflect on the 24th or 28th of July 2025. The money is not yet refunded when I called to follow up they said the refund is logged but the money is still not refunded.
