Poor administration
Iwyze tried to trade my car to Auctionnation,after rejecting claim also without formal communication which I suspect they work together without my permission.
I gave them 5 working days to respond my queries no respond. 5 working days lapsed. Poor administration especially claim department. How do you send someone to tow my car without owner permission. Shame on you.
You are just quick to debit premium month end but your service is so poor.
