Policy review

I have been issured with the insurance company for number of years now and i recently added another lately, however when i want to review my initial policy it becomes a problem. I was on hold online for more than 10 minutes and when is my time to talk to the consultants regarding the reviewal of my policy the lady just hang up on me without saying a work. According to my understanding insurance policies have to be reviewed every six month and now it looks like the company doesnt want to help me. And if they think they cant help, they must just indicate as there are lots of insurance companies that can offer the same service cheaper than them.
