Policy not found but premium is being debited monthly

I joined a funeral cover with iWyze in 2020 , one of the people insured have passed on, today when I phoned I was told the policy does not exist however a premium of R700 plus is being taken from my account every month. They asked me to hold on for Old Mutual but the number drops.
