Policy ***

Good day.

Old Mutual is undermining the rights of its clients, Particularly the rights of young women in South Africa. I have asked for quotation and they gave me policy number ***. I clearly stated on the recorded call to say I am asking a quotation not a policy.

Please play the call and quality team have it reviewed, Why did the consultant issue out a policy which I said I did not want? Why are we not respected? Now you are forcing me to pay R450 for cancelation of the policy I had not considered?

May you please cancel out the policy, with immediate effect. I never agreed on Policy. I am warning public at large to say that with Old Mutual, a clear request of quatation equals a policy. No matter how many times you confirm that.

We cannot be treated like that and we fold, Policy number *** must be canceled and now you are not helping with cancelation.
