**** Policy

This is a **** company. when the sales people called, I was sold an incorrect package with **** premiums and **** excess fees luckily i had asked the consultant to send me a copy before agreeing to the insurance. When i wanted to claim i was told about an excess amount that was not the one i agreed on. They then said they will do further investigations but never got back to me, no communication. no updates. A week later after i had tried to get a hold of them they sent me an email that i am not covered and that was it. another thing i was told that don't cover / pay for your claims if your licenses is less then 3 years. That was not mentioned on the initial agreement with them or else i wouldn't have agreed to this cover at the first place.

The customer service is terrible
