Please pay back my money!

<p>In October I signed up for car insurance but I cancelled three weeks after, before the fisrt debit could go off. The first debit went off irrespective, and it took me two weeks to get a refund. Frustratingly, when the premium was returned, it wasnt the whole amount. Two amounts were debited, R1080 + R250, but only one amount was refunded, i.e. R1080.</p> <p>This is irrespective of the fact that, when I called, after receiving an sms confirming the incorrect amount to be refunded, a lady called Lorraine confirmed that both amounts would be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>ALL I WANT IS MY R250.00 PLEASE, NOTHING ELSE!</p> <p> </p>
