Please I need help Iwyze

Good day, I would like to lodge a complaint for Iwyze car insurance. It’s been 3 months I had an incident I placed a claim and sent all required information they sent me a damage report on the 15/07/2022 which they received from the assessor and told me that they are in the process to finalise the validation, they asked me to send sketch from the incident drive (road name, landmark including intersection) I have done that all. It’s been 2weeks now each time when i call them they keep on saying that they have sent everything to their management for reviewing and not yet received feedback from them. Please I really need help to receive the feedback!
