Please can I get a call back!!!

I guess one has to result to social media for someone to actually do their jobs. I am having the worst claim experience ever with #Iwyze. I have submitted my claim on the app on the 13/01/2022. After 5 calls backs sent, no luck. 24hrs later I get a call to finish capturing the claim. Requested a rental car, incorrect communication sent to the rental company. I have sent several call backs since then, sent an email to the claims handlers at 5am this morning, hoping they will call 1st thing when business day starts. Still no response. I am actually appalled by this.
